The popular cable network DIY Network (that's "do it yourself" for those not familiar with the network) now includes a new series called "Workin on the Railroad." The show will include visits to elaborate model railroads across the country and discussions with the modelers who created them. In addition, each episode includes a specific detailed project related to the layout that is featured.
As you watch the show you may recognize a couple of familiar faces. Model Railroader's David Popp and Classic Toy Trains' Kent Johnson both appear in several segments throughout the series.
For more information on this series, including show times, visit the DIY Network Web site.
Note: DIY Network is offered by Cox Communications as part of its digital cable lineup.
